How long does it take to make my order?
Most standard made-to-order items are typically produced within 7–10 business days before shipping. Large bundles, oversized items, multi-piece orders, and highly customized orders may require approximately 10–15 business days of production time. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time. If a different estimated turnaround applies to your order, we’ll let you know.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Most Juke Skywalker Designs products are made specifically after an order is placed rather than pulled from mass-produced inventory.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely. Custom work is a major part of Juke Skywalker Designs. We can discuss custom hype chains, personalized pieces, logos, displays, props, gaming accessories, small-batch production and other creative projects.

Can you create something using my logo?
Yes. We can work with customer-provided logos and artwork when you own the design or have permission to use it. A clear, high-resolution image or vector file generally gives us the best starting point.
Can I choose different colors?
Many products can be customized with different colors. Available options depend on the design. Contact us before ordering if you need a combination that isn’t shown.
Do you offer different sizes?
Many designs are available in multiple sizes, and some can be produced at custom dimensions. Check the individual product listing or contact us about a specific size.
What material do you use?
Most of our 3D printed products are produced using PLA-based filament. Materials may vary depending on the product and intended use.
Will I see layer lines on my 3D print?
3D printed items are created one layer at a time, so subtle layer lines and small surface variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process. These characteristics make each piece slightly unique and are not necessarily defects.
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. We can accommodate select bulk and small-batch projects for teams, schools, businesses, organizations, and events. Production time and pricing depend on quantity and project requirements. Contact us with your desired quantity, deadline, and project details for a custom quote.
Do you sell digital 3D files?
Select designs may be available digitally when specifically stated in the product listing. Purchasing a physical product does not include the digital design file or commercial rights.
Can I sell items made from your digital files?
Not unless the listing specifically includes commercial-use rights or you’ve obtained a separate commercial license from Juke Skywalker Designs.
Can I request a character, logo or other copyrighted/trademarked design?
Custom requests are reviewed individually. For logos, artwork, branding, or other customer-provided intellectual property, you should only submit materials you own or have permission to use. Requests involving third-party characters, brands, logos, or other protected designs may be limited or declined depending on the project.
How do I care for my 3D printed item?
Keep 3D printed pieces away from excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight and other high-temperature environments. Unless specifically described otherwise, display pieces are intended primarily for indoor use.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because most items are made to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement when applicable.
Will my finished item look exactly like the photos?
Product photos represent the design, colors, and overall appearance you can expect. Because each piece is individually 3D printed and many items are made to order, slight variations in color, surface texture, layer appearance, or other small details may occur. These variations are a normal part of the 3D printing process and make each piece unique.
